At Panduranga Silks, we carefully pack and check every order before dispatch. We accept return or exchange requests only in cases where the customer receives a damaged product or the wrong product.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange is applicable only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged.
• The wrong product has been received.

Return or exchange is not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, fabric/material preference, or minor colour variations caused by lighting and screen settings.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

Please record the complete video from the time you open the package, without any cuts, pauses, or interruptions. The video should clearly show the package, the product, and the damage or wrong product received.

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Process

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

1. Contact Panduranga Silks customer support as soon as possible.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
3. Share the complete unboxing video showing the issue.
4. Our team will review the request and confirm whether it is eligible.
5. Once approved, further return or replacement instructions will be provided.

Product Condition

The product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging for an approved return or exchange.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Colour Variation

The actual colour of the saree may have a slight variation from the product images due to photography lighting, display settings, and individual screen resolution. Such minor colour variation is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
